朋友们

The plural marker 们 attaches to nouns referring to PEOPLE — 朋友 → 朋友们, 老师 → 老师们, 学生 → 学生们. Don't use 们 with non-human nouns (no 桌子们) and don't double up with a number — say 三个朋友 not 三个朋友们. The 们 syllable is always toneless.

Common as a friendly opener in speeches, livestreams, and posts — equivalent to English 'folks' or 'everyone.' Hosts and YouTubers routinely open with 大家好 or 朋友们好. Slightly warmer and more inclusive than 各位 (a formal 'everyone'), which suits business or official contexts better.
