Most commonly a Hubei baijiu brand (稻花香酒业, Yichang). The name is borrowed from Xin Qiji's 辛弃疾 Song ci 《西江月·夜行黄沙道中》 — '稻花香里说丰年，听取蛙声一片' ('amid the scent of rice flowers they speak of a good harvest, a chorus of frogs to listen to').
