Most commonly a Hubei baijiu brand (稻花香, Yichang). The name is borrowed from Xin Qiji's Song ci 《西江·》 — '稻花香听取' ('amid the scent of rice flowers they speak of a good harvest, a chorus of frogs to listen to').
