From Wang Anshi's 《元日》 (Song dynasty), the most famous Spring Festival poem: 爆竹声中一岁除,春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户曈曈日,总把新桃换旧符。 屠苏 (Túsū) is a traditional medicinal wine drunk on New Year's Day — the custom dates to at least the Han dynasty.

屠苏 is read Túsū (capitalized as a proper noun — the name of the wine). The poem is required reading in Chinese primary schools and is recited every Chinese New Year.
