A Shanghai / Jiangnan breakfast staple. Distinguished from
大馄饨 (big wontons, substantial meat filling, a meal in themselves) by their paper-thin skins, tiny dot of pork filling, and the clear broth with seaweed, dried shrimp and chopped scallion that carries them.
