喜看稻菽千重浪，
遍地英雄下夕烟 (Joyfully I see rice and beans rolling in countless waves; heroes everywhere descend through the evening smoke). Mao wrote it revisiting his home village after 32 years. The line was later adopted as the title of a famous 2001 feature-article profile of rice scientist Yuan Longping (
袁隆平).
