俄罗斯 (Éluósī) is the transliteration of 'Russia' (via Mongolian Oros, which is why it begins with 俄 É- rather than R-). Add 人 (rén, person) for the nationality. Same pattern as 美国人 (Měiguó rén, American), 日本人 (Rìběn rén, Japanese).
