洗地机 is the upright wet/dry mop-vacuum (Tineco-style) that's been a hot category in China since around 2020. Don't confuse with 扫地机器人 sǎodìjīqìrén (robot vacuum) or 吸尘器 xīchénqì (dry vacuum).
