Three quite different uses: (1) literal kinship - your grandfather's sister; (2) used by your maternal family to address a daughter who has married out; (3) a brassy first-person used by women in arguments, basically 'this lady right here.' Context tells you which is meant.

The third sense is colloquial and confrontational - common in TV dramas. The first two are everyday family vocabulary in northern China.
