Tips

culture
In 《三国演义》, Huang Zhong is already in his sixties when he joins Liu Bei yet outshoots and outfights much younger men — he is the patron image of 老当益壮 ('old yet vigorous'). His 219 CE beheading of the Wei commander Xiahou Yuan at Mount Dingjun is his most celebrated feat.
memory
means 'loyal' — fitting for the old general whose name literally reads 'Yellow Loyalty' and who refused to retire from his lord's service.
