usage
In Shanghai and much of the Wu-speaking region, 馒头 can refer to any steamed or fried bun, filled or not — unlike standard Mandarin where 馒头 is strictly the plain steamed bun. So 生煎馒头 here means pan-fried meat buns, not fried plain buns.
