Guangxi's signature breakfast: round rice noodles topped with sliced braised beef or horse-meat, crunchy fried peanuts, pickled beans and scallions, with the namesake 卤水 (spiced braising liquid) ladled over. Eaten dry first, then broth is added to finish.
