苏轼《江城子·乙卯正月二十日夜记梦》 (Su Shi, Northern Song, 1075), a dream elegy for his deceased wife Wang Fu ten years dead:
十年生死两茫茫,
不思量,
自难忘。
千里孤坟,
无处话凄凉 (Ten years, the living and the dead two boundless voids; not thinking of you, yet unable to forget. A thousand li away, your lonely grave - nowhere to speak my desolation). Widely considered the greatest mourning ci in Chinese literature.
