实纪 is a bound noun used almost exclusively in book titles to mean 'authentic/factual chronicle.' Compare
实录 (shílù, 'veritable record') used in imperial historiography (e.g. 《
明实录》, the Ming Veritable Records).
纪 here carries its older sense of 'chronological record,' as in
史记 (Records of the Grand Historian).
