Her gala song 《好日子》 'Good Days', with the refrain 今天是个好日子 'today is a good day', is a staple of weddings and festive events. In 2009 she sang 周杰伦's 《本草纲目》 with him at the Gala.

In 2002 she became the first Chinese singer to give a solo concert at the Sydney Opera House, then sang in the Golden Hall of Vienna's Musikverein in 2003. After her 2006 Kennedy Center concert, Washington declared 12 October 'Song Zuying Day'.
