Originated on 百度贴吧 (Baidu Tieba), China's largest BBS-style forum platform launched in 2003. Each topic has its own '吧' (e.g. 王者荣耀吧 = the Honor of Kings sub-forum), and the lead moderator is the 吧主. Rough equivalent of a subreddit moderator.
