焖炉 (closed-oven) roasting — the oven walls heat the duck indirectly — rather than Quanjude's
挂炉 (open-fire hung roast).
便宜 here is read biànyí 'convenient' (not piányi 'cheap');
坊 fāng means 'workshop / restaurant-name suffix'.
