速溶 'fast-dissolving' modifies 咖啡 (coffee, from English). The same 速溶 prefix is used for 速溶奶粉 (instant milk powder), 速溶豆浆 (instant soy milk). Contrast with 现磨咖啡 (freshly ground) and 挂耳咖啡 (drip bag).
