Reduplicated form of 色迷迷 (sèmímí). The double-up adds a teasing, almost cartoonish tone - used to describe creeps in TV dramas more than in serious accusation. For neutral 'horny' use 好色 (hàosè) or 性欲强 (xìngyù qiáng).
