法香 is an abbreviation of
法国香菜 ('French coriander') — it refers to Western parsley (Petroselinum crispum). Chinese cilantro is
香菜 or
芫荽 (yánsuī). The two look similar but taste very different:
法香 is grassy and mild,
香菜 is soapy-pungent. Don't confuse them in Chinese recipes.
