Don't confuse Jiangxi's 抚州 (Fǔzhōu) with Fujian's capital 福州 (Fúzhōu) — different first character and different tone. Jiangxi 抚州 is famous as the hometown of Ming playwright Tang Xianzu (汤显祖), author of 牡丹亭 (The Peony Pavilion).
