Very common internet slang reading 怼: to hit back hard in an argument, especially online. It grew out of northern dialect and exploded on social media. The classical reading is 怼 ('resentment').
Top 对 gives the reading duì; its 'facing / opposed' sense also colors the meaning — resentment is set against someone. Traditional 懟 uses the fuller 對.
