Mǔqīn qièzhǔ tā yào zhàogu hǎo zìjǐ.

His mother earnestly urged him to take good care of himself.

Lǎoshī qièzhǔ xuéshēng bùkě zuòbì.

The teacher solemnly warned the students not to cheat.

Formal and slightly literary. 切 ('earnestly, urgently') intensifies 嘱 ('to enjoin'). In casual speech, plain 嘱咐 (zhǔfu) covers the same ground.
