Slightly literary/written. In speech you'll more often hear 不开心 bù kāixīn ('unhappy') or 不舒服 bù shūfu ('unwell'). 不快 shows up in essays, news, and formal apologies: 引起公众不快 yǐnqǐ gōngzhòng bùkuài 'caused public displeasure'.
