Tips

culture
Originally garrison officer Lu Da (鲁达) in Weizhou. After killing the bully butcher Zheng (拳打镇关西, 'three punches kill Lord Zhen West') he flees into monkhood at Wutai Shan - where he keeps drinking, brawling, and getting expelled. His signature feat is tearing a weeping willow tree out of the earth with his bare hands (倒拔垂杨柳) to prove his strength to other outlaws.
memory
The ('flower') in his nickname 花和尚 refers to his tattoos - he is the original inked monk, a thousand years before modern tattooed holy-man tropes.
