窝里斗 is a fixed colloquialism - literally 'fight inside the nest' - describing destructive internal conflict within a family, company, organization, or even a whole nation. It is a common term in Chinese self-criticism, often invoked in the cliché 中国人就是爱窝里斗 ('Chinese people just love to fight among themselves').
