Tiānwǎnghuīhuī, shū'érbùlòu, zuìfàn zhōngyú luòwǎng.
The net of heaven is vast and loose-meshed, but lets none escape — the criminal was caught at last.
法律疏而不漏，任何违法行为都会受到惩处。
Fǎlǜ shū'érbùlòu, rènhé wéifǎ xíngwéi dōu huì shòudào chéngchǔ.
The law misses nothing — any illegal act will be punished.
