不值 is the short/casual form, while 不值得 (bù zhídé) is the full form meaning 'not worthwhile.' In spoken Chinese, people often just say 不值. 值 alone can mean 'worth it' as an adjective: 这个很值!

usage

值得 (zhídé) = worthwhile. 不值一提 (bù zhí yī tí) = not worth mentioning. 物有所值 (wù yǒu suǒ zhí) = good value for money.
