氵 - picture liquid streaming down. Beyond the literal dripping sense,
淋漓 extends to anything done all the way:
痛快淋漓 (thoroughly satisfying),
淋漓尽致 (to the fullest extent). The English to do something to one's heart's content is the closest match.
