Xiàtiān chūmén zuìhǎo tú fángshàishuāng, yǐmiǎn shàishāng.

In summer it's best to put on sunscreen before going out, to avoid sunburn.

usage

晒伤 is burned by the sun, while 晒黑 is just tanned. Other burns: 烫伤 from hot water, steam or a hot surface, and 烧伤 from fire. Sunscreen is 防晒霜.
