Brazil has many people of Japanese descent, whose ancestors came there from Japan over a hundred years ago.
Tips
usage
日 is short for 日本 'Japan' and 裔 means 'descendant', so the word names descent, not citizenship. Same pattern: 华裔 'of Chinese descent', 韩裔 'of Korean descent', 非裔 'of African descent'.
