Very few foreigners can speak Chinese this authentically.
Tips
usage
Before a verb, 很少 means 'rarely': 他很少生气 'he rarely gets angry'. As the predicate it means 'very few' or 'very little': 时间很少 'there's very little time'. On the frequency scale it sits between 偶尔 'occasionally' and 从不 'never'.
mistakes
For 'few people do something', the standard pattern puts 有 before the noun: 很少有人知道 'few people know'. 很少人知道 is common in speech but avoided in careful writing.
