Almost always attributive: 丰水期 (wet season), 丰水年 (high-water year), 丰水区 (water-rich region). The opposite is 枯水 (kūshuǐ, low-water). Common in geography, hydrology, and hydropower writing.
mistakes
Don't confuse with 风水 (fēngshuǐ, feng shui — geomancy). Same pinyin without tones, different first character (丰 vs 风) and totally different meaning.
