袄 is a lined or padded jacket, 裙 is a skirt — together, a two-piece hanfu style with the jacket worn outside the skirt. Mostly associated with the Ming dynasty and a popular choice in the modern hanfu revival alongside the earlier 襦裙 (ruqun).
