Wanglaoji Herbal Tea
Cantonese cooling tea brand traced to herbalist Wang Zebang in 1828. The modern red-canned drink became a mass-market juggernaut after Guangzhou Pharmaceutical licensed it to Hong Kong's Jiaduobao (加多宝) in 1995. A bitter trademark battle from 2012–2019 ended with Wanglaoji reclaiming the red-can identity — one of the most famous IP cases in PRC history.
