温热

On the temperature spectrum: 冷 (cold), 凉 (cool), 温 (warm), 温热 (warm-hot, slightly stronger than 温), 热 (hot), 烫 (scalding). 温热 is the comfortable 'just-warmed-up' zone, bath water, baby formula, leftover soup.
