The Bali tiger was a subspecies endemic to Bali, Indonesia, and is now extinct.

The smallest of the historical tiger subspecies, hunted to extinction on Bali by the mid-20th century. Traditional Balinese culture feared and revered it - the tiger features in Barong-Rangda mythology - but agricultural expansion and trophy hunting finished it off.
