The four are 苦 (kǔ, suffering), 集 (jí, the origin of suffering), 灭 (miè, the cessation of suffering), and 道 (dào, the path leading to cessation). Often abbreviated 苦集灭道 (kǔ jí miè dào). Also called simply 四谛 (sìdì).
