卫 is the Zhou state of
卫国 in today's Henan, not
魏. The Book of Songs also has a
魏风, and both come out as 'Airs of Wei' in English, so go by the character. The ten songs of
卫风 include 《
氓》 and 《
木瓜》, with its
投我以木瓜，
报之以琼琚 'she threw me a quince, I gave her a jade pendant in return'.
