伟业 is heavy formal/literary register and almost always refers to nation-scale or historic accomplishments, never personal wins. Most common in patriotic writing and political speech:
民族伟业 (the great undertaking of the nation),
千秋伟业 (an enterprise lasting a thousand autumns). For ordinary 'big achievement', use
成就 or
业绩 instead.
