usage
不值 is the short/casual form, while 不值得 is the full form meaning 'not worthwhile.' In spoken Chinese, people often just say 不值. 值 alone can mean 'worth it' as an adjective: 这个很值!
usage
值得 = worthwhile. 不值一提 = not worth mentioning. 物有所值 = good value for money.
