usage
龊 is a bound character. It exists only in 龌龊 (龌龊), which describes filthy, despicable conduct or a mean, dirty mind — almost always figurative and strongly negative.
齿 is the tooth radical. The word originally referred to teeth set close and cramped together; that 'narrow and tight' image extended to a petty, sordid character.
