Tips

history
After Qin conquered Yan he lived under a false name as a hired servant, until his playing gave him away. The First Emperor had him blinded and kept him to play the 筑, a struck zither; he hid lead inside the instrument, swung it at the emperor, missed, and was executed.
culture
At the farewell Jing Ke sang to his playing: 风萧萧兮易水寒,壮士一去兮不复还, 'the wind sighs, the Yi is cold; the hero, once gone, will not return'.
