Abbreviation of 陈年绍兴酒 ("aged Shaoxing wine"). Shaoxing 绍兴 in Zhejiang has produced rice wine for over 2,000 years; the very best are aged decades and traditionally buried in jars when a daughter is born (女儿红, "daughter red").
