usage

On packaging and in ads, 请认准 + a brand or logo is a stock phrase: 'accept only the genuine one'. Of people, 认准 means having made up one's mind and sticking to it, often stubbornly: 认准的事 'something one is set on'. Compare 认定 'to firmly believe'.
