拒绝置评 (jùjué zhìpíng, decline to comment),
不予置评 (bù yǔ zhìpíng, no comment offered),
未予置评 (wèi yǔ zhìpíng, has not yet commented). Standard vocabulary in news reporting on PR responses, court cases, and corporate statements.
