usage
A literary/poetic verb. Three overlapping senses: (1) physical rippling of water, (2) liquid overflowing a container (碗里的汤漾出来), (3) a metaphorical "rippling" — a smile spreading across a face (笑容漾开), warmth filling the heart (心里漾起暖意), music drifting on the air. The water radical 氵 reflects all three: motion that spreads outward.
