The Chinese title of Forrest Gump, 阿甘正传, echoes Lu Xun's The True Story of Ah Q: 阿 is a familiar prefix for names, and 正传 means 'true biography'. Toy Story, where he voices Woody, is 玩具总动员, 'toy general mobilisation'.
