Mountain range in northwest Hubei; UNESCO World Heritage Site. Center of Daoist martial arts, internal styles (内家拳) including 太极 (Tai Chi) and 武当剑. Traditionally attributed to the semi-legendary Song-Yuan Daoist 张三丰 (Zhang Sanfeng). In wuxia fiction, Wudang is the standard counterpart to Shaolin (少林).
