得了 as an interjection is casual and dismissive. It can mean 'enough already' or 'give me a break.' Don't confuse with 得了 (dé le) meaning 'got/obtained.'
mistakes
A second reading, déliǎo, makes the same two characters a different word: it says a situation is serious or beyond bearing. It appears in rhetorical questions like 这还得了！ and inside 不得了. The dismissive interjection is always déle.
