Fángjiān hěn dà bìngqiě hěn míngliàng.
The room is large and bright.

Tips

grammar
并且 connects clauses or adjectives in a progressive relationship. Slightly more formal than 而且.
mistakes
并且 connects elements of the same subject. Don't use it to connect actions by different subjects.
